This was a concept brought to us to develop a bungee buckle that would allow any length of EPDM rubber (bungee cord material) to be made for a variable length strap.

The prototypes were designed and 3D printed out of ABS which were strong enough to test the concept. There were three prototypes developed and submitted to the customer.
